On top of that, the resumes where optimised by using generative AI based on the requirements of the job. The AI scans the job position and then checks the competences of the user profile. It will then rephrase certain sections, add related keywords, and - not unimportantly - will explicitly add competence descriptions that often are implied (and often thus forgotten to be added) so ATS systems will make a correct assessment.
